Adrenaline Pills:
Save 50 people in the Paramedic Missions, and go back to your hideout to gat infinite adrenaline pills. This does not have to be done all at once.

Wherever you see the ROCKSTAR logo, there will be a hidden package near by.

GET TO SHORESIDE VALE EARLY!!:
I figured this one out pretty much by accident. All you have to do, is go and steel the "speeder" (boat) and drive over to a part of the land on staunton that is lower to the water, back way up, then drive full speed toward land. You'll go flying! When you land, get out of the bout, and steel a car that is tough (Not the Tank!!) like a truck or something, and push the boat past where that big pipe in the water is. The bout may start to smoke, when it does, you can stop the smoke with the health cheat (R2 R2 L1 R1 left down right up left down right up) you have to put this cheat in when youre in the boat. When the car smokes, do the health cheat to the car too. When you get passed the pipe, push the car towards the shore very slowely. When you get close, get out of the car, and push it in by running into it with youre body. If you push it into the water too fast (with the car), then it will go out too far, and you can't jump onto it. After you push the boat into the water, hop abourd and cruse over to Shoreside Vale. Just drive over a low part of the land, and gat out and have some fun. Note: you can't save your game in shoreside because you have no hideout there yet. Duh, you cheated! So don't die or els you'll get sent back to Staunton Island.
If any of these don't work, then mail me back and I'll double check. Oh, and by the way, your "urinating cheat" doesn't work.

Tip: Steel Ambulance:
If you are not in a normal mission then you can steal an ambulance and press R3 and do a hospital run mission and if you save 35 people you will get a health refill at your save point.

Tip: Vigilante Mission:
If you steal a cop car, or police vehicle you can do a vigalante mission , if you get rid of the threat then you get a police bribe at any of your save points.

Tip: Fire Fighter Missions:
If you are not doing a mission you can steal a firetruck and press R3 you then do a fire fighter mission and put out fires and if you can successfuly put put 20 fires and a flamethrower will be at your save point.

More than 2 cars in your garage:
When you're in staunton's Island you'll get a bigger garage where you can put in two cars. if you want more cars in it just grab a car on the streets drive back to your garage place the car in front of it. step out of the car walk into the garage step into a car in the garage park the car under the garage door get out of it get into the other car drive it into the garage get out of it then get into the car under the garage door and park it in the garage and voila you have three cars in your garage. the maximum is 5 cars it's difficult to get in and out but it works. By The Way don't forget to safe after doing all this !

Urinate on a wall:
Walk to a wall and press Up, Down, Up, Down, L2, R1, R2, R2, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up.


Fast tank:
Turn your turret to face directly back and fire fastly to speed up the tank.


Flying tank:
Get your Tank faster by turning your turret to face directly back and firing fastly. Hold Left Analog-stick Down and your tank will become airborne.


Tank storage:
Enable the Tank code (press Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, R1, L2, L1, Triangle, Circle, Triangle), park at your safe house with the tank and save your game. When you load it again the tank will be where you saved it.


Dodo car:
Enter the following combination during gameplay: Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1.


All weapons:
Enter the following combination during gameplay: R2, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up.


Health:

Blood-Mode (European Version):
Change your Playstation 2 System Settings from German language to English language. This allows you to play the game in a uncut bloody version. This makes the game unrated !


Play in a Tank:
Enter the following combination during gameplay: Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, R1, L2, L1, Triangle, Circle, Triangle. The tank will appear in your near surrounding. This cheat can repeated as often as wanted.


Fighting Pedestrians:
Enter the following combination during gameplay: Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1.


Crazy Pedestrians:
Enter the following combination during gameplay: R2, R1, Triangle, X, L2, L1, Up, Down.


Attacking Pedestrians:
Enter the following combination during gameplay: Down, Up, Left, Up, X, R1, R2, L1, L2.


Rioting Pedestrians:

Change the costumes:

100 armor:
In some police stations are police trucks (enforcers) in wich you will find 100 armor.


Bonus Buggy:
Complete the Mafia missions in story mode, return to Portland and between 7pm to 24pm go to the Diablo parking lot. You'll find the same Buggy in Joey's garage in the Mafia mission.


Get Items:
These items are always available at the safe house. The number is the number of hidden packages you hve to found for this.

Jump with the hydraulics:
Continuously press L3.


Secret race-type mission in Staunton Island:
Go to the Super Saver Grocery Store in Newport and go into the car in the parking lot.


Yardie Lobo car in Staunton Island:
Drive around the block in which your garage is and find a red car with a white top and panther seats, the Yardie Lobo car. Press R3 and move the analog stick Up, Down, Left and Right to move it. Press L3 to push up the car and remain that way.


Flamethrower in Portland:
Get a car that is not too heavy, i.e a cab.
Drive from your hideout in Portland to the end of the street on your left. Turn around and drive on the grass under the monorail tracks. On the left of the grass you will find a jump. Jump off it and try to land on the monorail tracks. Drive in-between the tracks and you will see a glowing circle on your right, that's the flamethrower. Drive over to it, and park next to the ledge. Jump onto your car and take the flamethrower.


Don't stop running:
At a fast speed without fatigue tap X instead of holding it.


Get Fastest car:
Go to the Capital Car shop in Portland and ram it into the glass with a big car. Inside the shop you'll find the fastest car.


Free repairs:
Park your car in the garage at the save point and go in to save. You can save or cancel, at both your car will be repaired.


Easy money:
In Portland, near Toni's place you'll find a "Toyz" van in an alley. Go into the van to play a mini-game with an explosive RC car. You'll get $1000 for each destroyd Mafia car. You can play the game as many times as you like to.


Steal police cars:
Go to the driver side door of the police cars press Triangle. When the policeman gets out, run to the passenger side and get in.


Cars as bombs:
When you need a big bomb, you only have to smash your car until it burns, then it'll explode.


Guns:
Visit Toni's place where you can find an alley with an Uzi. At another nearby alley go on the ledge near the mob car. There you can go between two buildings where you find an AK47 and some armor.


Faster taxis:
To have faster taxis you must have 100 fares in cab game-mode. The taxis are at Borgnine in Harwood/Portland.


Police bribe:
To get the police bribe you must have 45 kills in the vigilante game-mode. The bribe is in you hideout.
